However, with the announcement of the MGM contract extension to 2030, it can be surmised that F1 Las Vegas is aiming for yet another extension within the next year.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-6\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"5n\">The incremental nature of the actual race contract extension was addressed by Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority&#8217;s CEO Steve Hill <a href=\"https:\/\/racingnews365.com\/las-vegas-gp-lands-trend-bucking-f1-extension\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">earlier this year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"border-lightGrey my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"qi_3\">\n<p>&#8220;The length of extensions don\u2019t really reflect anything other than it just makes sense incrementally, we know what\u2019s going to happen over the next couple of years.
