Prince Harry<\/strong>\u00a0was the talk of the town when he visited the United Kingdom a few days back for some charitable work. After visiting the city, it seems the Duke of Sussex became nostalgic as he reached out to his friends. According to his \u201cold pals,\u201d Harry sent \u201cemotional\u201d texts, hinting he is \u201chomesick.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prince Harry\u2019s \u2018old pal\u2019 claims he is slowly starting to sound like himself<\/p>\n

Prince Harry gave up his royal duties in 2020 before finally settling in Montecito, California, with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. However, after his brief U.K. visit, he started sending \u201cemotional\u201d texts to his old friends, hinting that he is missing home.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking about Harry, one of his friends told RadarOnline<\/a> that they \u201cstill call him Spike, and he\u2019s clearly homesick.\u201d The friends further revealed that the Duke of Sussex has \u201cbeen reaching out much more, sending these lengthy, emotional WhatsApps.\u201d After receiving the texts, the friends feel that \u201cslowly\u201d the 41-year-old prince is \u201cbeginning to sound like the Harry\u201d they remembered from their earlier time together. \u201cTo us, it looks like he\u2019s missing home and his old drinking buddies,\u201d claimed one of his old pals.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And it seems it\u2019s not only Harry who misses his royal family and life in the U.K. Harry\u2019s father, King Charles<\/a>, also misses the Duke of Sussex. \u201cHarry has always been especially dear to the King,\u201d a courtier told the outlet. The courtier further revealed that \u201ceven after the recent disclosures,\u201d the monarch\u2019s \u201crelationship with William has been more strained over the years than with Harry,\u201d adding that he \u201cfeels Harry\u2019s absence keenly, despite everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harry has always been vocal about his feelings.
