But it was the Russian sapphire cluster brooch that stood out from Queen Camilla\u2019s ensemble. The <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/tag\/jewelry-2\/\" id=\"auto-tag_jewelry-2\" data-tag=\"jewelry-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jewelry<\/a> piece is \u201ca stunning sapphire, diamond and gold filigree brooch that\u2019s said to have been originally owned by Empress Marie Feodorovna of Russia,\u201d Maxwell Stone, a fine <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/pop-culture\/new-fashion-releases\/taylor-hill-sister-mackinley-stone-fruit-jewelry-collection-1238123586\/\" id=\"related_article_link_jewelry-2\" data-tag=\"jewelry-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jewelry<\/a> expert from U.K. retailer Steven Stone, told WWD via email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cAccording to the palace, the brooch was left to Queen Elizabeth II when Queen Mary passed away in 1953, however it was the Queen Mother who would carry on wearing it.
