A24 acquired the series rights to \u201cDiscretion\u201d in what the company calls a \u201chighly competitive situation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tLittle is known about \u201cDiscretion\u201d other than it takes place in Dallas and is inspired by Baker\u2019s experience working as a corporate attorney. She plans to develop the story into an ongoing series and will executive produce alongside Susannah Grant (\u201cUnbelievable,\u201d \u201cErin Brockovich\u201d). Executive producers also include Fanning and her Lewellen Pictures partners Dakota Fanning and Brittany Kahan Ward; Kidman and Per Saari under their Blossom Films banner; Baker; Grant; Jordan Cerf; and Joe Hipps under his Cut To banner at A24.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tBaker is currently adapting her novel \u201cThe Husbands\u201d for Amazon MGM and Plan B with Kristen Wiig attached to star and produce. Her first feature film, \u201cOh. What. Fun.,\u201d co-written with Michael Showalter and based on her short story of the same name, will premiere over the holiday season on Amazon Prime. And she also has a TV adaptation of her novel \u201cCutting Teeth\u201d in the works.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFanning and Kidman have previously starred in films together, including 2017\u2019s \u201cThe Beguiled\u201d and \u201cHow to Talk to Girls at Parties,\u201d which was distributed in the U.S. by A24. Kidman recently led the A24 sex triller \u201cBabygirl\u201d and starred in the Netflix miniseries \u201cThe Perfect Couple.\u201d Fanning is hot off her role in the Bob Dylan biopic \u201cA Complete Unknown\u201d and also stars in the upcoming Oscar contender \u201cSentimental Value,\u201d from Joachim Trier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tBaker is represented by CAA, Writers House, Linden and Jackoway Austen Tyerman. Kidman is repped by CAA, Media Talent Group and Jackoway Austen Tyerman. Fanning is represented by UTA, TFC Management and Hansen Jacobsen.
