Network Space\u2019s four-unit, 110,000 sq ft industrial estate in Sheffield has undergone refurbishment works carried out by Bansco, with GV&Co leading the project.<\/p>\n

Network Space purchased the estate for \u00a39m in April,<\/a> and has since upgraded the units to deliver energy efficient accommodation, power capacity upgrades, improved offices, and welfare facilities.<\/p>\n

Knight Frank and Commercial Property Partners have been appointed as letting agents for the scheme, which has warehouse units ranging from 10,000 to 50,500 sq ft.<\/p>\n

Located on Grange Mill Lane, close to J34 of the M1, the estate is around 20 minutes from both Sheffield and Rotherham city centres.<\/p>\n

Tom Dawson, managing director at Network Space Investments,\u00a0said:\u00a0\u201cGrange 34 is a prime example of our strategy to acquire, refurbish and reposition underutilised estates in key regional markets.<\/p>\n

Rebecca Schofield, partner at Knight Frank, said:\u00a0\u201cGrange 34 is in a prime Sheffield location with direct access to the M1 at J34. The business park offers much-needed good quality industrial and warehouse space where there is now limited supply of this size range along this M1 corridor.<\/p>\n
