VAR official John Brooks recommended a review, and the decision was changed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Replays showed that there was contact between Dias and Ramsey, despite the <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/sport\/manchester-city\/index.html\" id=\"mol-ef96bb60-1fb5-11f0-bf2f-4fbc7fcb17e1\" rel=\"noopener\">Man City<\/a> man putting his hands in the air as if to signal there was no intention to make contact. Pep is frustrated, but it is a penalty.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Given added: &#8216;There is a slight touch [on the ball] but it doesn&#8217;t mean it&#8217;s not a penalty.
