A man is wanted back behind bars after breaking his licence conditions. Darren Davies, who has links to the Wirral<\/a> and Liverpool city centre<\/a>, was previously jailed for possession of an offensive weapon.<\/p>\n The 23-year-old pulled out a samurai sword outside a pub after he made a phone call to a man who he believed had assaulted his younger brother.
