in Amorim<\/a><\/strong>, having seen their struggles from last term carry over into the new season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/6641776\/2025\/09\/18\/manchester-united-ruben-amorim-jim-ratcliffe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Athletic<\/a>, Ratcliffe has travelled to the club&#8217;s Carrington training complex to hold talks with his under-pressure head coach.<\/p>\n<p>The report claims that Ratcliffe&#8217;s meeting with Amorim was planned, although the pair did discuss the team&#8217;s current poor form.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In a separate update, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sport\/football\/articles\/cp3v752ezwlo?at_medium=RSS&amp;at_campaign=rss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BBC Sport <\/a>claim that Ratciffe is &#8216;supportive&#8217;
