“To talk to the girls about the physio and stuff when he’s going through physio too – it’s really nice to have that.”<\/p>\n
Packer and Burton will both be hoping to play a part in another England victory on Saturday, with the Red Roses just two games away from winning the tournament for a third time. <\/p>\n
Packer said she feels such community visits are very important.<\/p>\n
“I think this one is especially important to us because actually we want to keep inspiring future generations,” she said.<\/p>\n
“People have gone through stuff, these children have gone through stuff [and] we want to inspire them to get back into sport, whatever sport it is.”<\/p>\n
“It’s really important for us to be able to do this,” Burton said.<\/p>\n
“We’ve been able to bring some little goodies for them…just little bits that hopefully they can take with them and be able to kind of think about something else and not think about being in hospital which is really important for them.”<\/p>\n
