The menu features courses including a\u00a0Duck Tartlet\u00a0with duck \u00e0 l\u2019orange and foie gras and\u00a0Courgette Flower\u00a0with Sainte Maure de Touraine and olives.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2677d165-1a55-4abb-afe0-5537e05250b7.jpg\"   alt=\"Orelle X 670 Grams\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"w-full max-w-none\"\/>Orelle X 670 Grams<\/p>\n<p>Main courses include a choice of\u00a0Coquille St. Jacques\u00a0with scallop, f\u00e8ves and Champagne sauce, or\u00a0Dunwood Farm Beef\u00a0with Massaman curry sauce, lime-spiced potato, braised ox cheek, milk loaf, and potato butter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dessert will be a\u00a0Tropical Vacherin\u00a0with mango, passion fruit, BBQ pineapple, Cr\u00e8me legre and coconut sorbet, followed by Petit Fours.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vegetarian and vegan options of the menu are also available upon request.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kray Treadwell is the chef behind 670 Grams, an intimate 10-seat restaurant in Digbeth which pushes the boundaries with bold flavours and inventive takes on the tasting menu. Named after the birth weight of his daughter, the restaurant reflects Kray\u2019s style: personal, fearless, and completely original.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A Great British Menu finalist and alum of Michelin-starred kitchens including Purnell\u2019s and The Man Behind the Curtain, Kray has applied his cooking style to the collaboration with Orelle\u2019s Executive Chef Kiran Survana.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chef Kiran said: \u201cI\u2019ve really enjoyed working with Kray on this special dinner.
