Prince Harry<\/strong><\/a> may be weighing a move back to the United Kingdom with wife Meghan Markle<\/strong>, according to a surprising source.<\/p>\n

The Duke of Sussex reportedly hinted at the idea during a conversation with singer Joss Stone <\/strong>at London\u2019s WellChild Awards last week. Stone, 38, shared with Hello!<\/a> magazine that Harry spoke to her about her decision to relocate with her family.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was saying how wonderful the schools are here and how important community is for children,\u201d the Grammy-winning artist recalled. \u201cIt was nice to share that with him because it\u2019s exactly why we felt drawn to come back.\u201d<\/p>\n

The musician said her family was also seeking \u201ca safe environment\u2026 surrounded by family, friends and a strong sense of belonging.\u201d She added that Harry appeared \u201cgenuinely interested\u201d during their conversation in how they were adjusting. \u201cHe\u2026 asked about how we were settling back in,\u201d she explained to the outlet. \u201cHe\u2019s just very warm and down to earth, as always. Maybe Harry will move back too. That would be nice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harry and Markle, who share son Prince Archie<\/strong>, 6, and daughter Princess Lilibet<\/strong>, 4, left England in 2020. The couple spent time in Canada and Los Angeles before establishing their permanent home in Montecito, California.<\/p>\n

The Duke has expressed a desire to mend strained family ties. In fact, earlier this month, Harry and King Charles<\/strong> reunited at Clarence House for a private tea on September 10 that lasted nearly an hour.Harry\u2019s brother Prince William<\/strong><\/a> did not attend the father-son gathering, though the possibility of Harry\u2019s return to the U.K. \u2014 even temporarily \u2014 may result in a reconciliation between the two\u2026 maybe someday.<\/p>\n
