\n Money being raised for Isle Listen\n <\/p>\n

There’ll be a fundraising sea dip in Port Erin this weekend.<\/p>\n

Isle Listen has organised the event to coincide with the Autumn\u00a0Equinox, the date when day and night are of equal length.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Called\u00a0Sea Dip for \u2018Solstice’, the charity says it will be a\u00a0relaxed morning of wellbeing, extending beyond a dip in the sea.<\/p>\n

Fundraising Lead at Isle Listen,\u00a0Steven Downward, says: “We host our sea dip events twice a year and they are always such a positive community event. They really bring people together and promote wellbeing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“This time we\u2019re delighted to try something new, playing on the autumnal theme and encouraging dippers to enjoy a wholesome morning, with the added meditation added to bring calm and focus.<\/p>\n

“We are including the candle and some meditation tips to take home to promote wellbeing beyond the event and into the autumn and winter.\u201d<\/p>\n

It’s taking place on Sunday 21 September from 9.30am, and if you’d like to take part, you can register\u00a0on the Isle Listen website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
