A new sighting has been made of a missing Scots child – 43 miles away from where she disappeared around one week ago.<\/a><\/p>\n Pantica Sali, 12, also known as Garofita, was reported missing<\/a> yesterday after not being seen since between 2pm and 3pm on Sunday, September 14, in the Victoria Street area of Perth.<\/p>\n However, it is now understood she travelled to Edinburgh and was last seen<\/a> in the city’s St James Quarter at around 1pm on Wednesday September 17.<\/p>\n When she was last spotted<\/a>, she was wearing a black dress, white trainers and hooped earrings, while also carrying a supermarket carrier bag.<\/p>\n She is described<\/a> as being around 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, with long, dark hair.<\/p>\n Concerns are growing for her welfare<\/a> and Police Scotland have made an appeal to the public for help.<\/p>\n Inspector Jill Dolan said: \u201cConcerns are growing for Pantica\u2019s welfare as time passes and extensive enquiries to trace her are ongoing.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are speaking to relatives and friends, carrying out door to door enquiries and reviewing CCTV footage in our efforts to trace her and we continue to ask for the help of the public.<\/p>\n \u201cI would appeal to anyone who has seen Pantica or who has any information on her whereabouts to contact us.<\/p>\n \u201cAdditionally, we would ask Pantica herself to get in touch to let us know she is safe.\u201d<\/p>\n A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers are continuing to appeal for information to help trace a 12-year-old missing from Perth.<\/p>\n “Pantica Sali, also known as Garofita, was reported missing on Friday, 19 September, 2025 from the Victoria Street area.<\/p>\n “It is understood she travelled to Edinburgh and was last seen in the city’s St James Quarter, around 1pm on Wednesday, 17 September, 2025.<\/p>\n “She is described as being around 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, with long, dark hair.<\/p>\n “When last seen, she was wearing a black dress, white trainers and hooped earrings.
