Leeds United\u2019s 3-1 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux broke records for Daniel Farke\u2019s side against Vitor Pereira.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Leeds United<\/a> win is their first Premier League away win of the season and their first of any kind since March 2023. Coincidentally, that also came at Molineux in a 4-2 victory.<\/p>\n

Today, Leeds set two new club records by beating Wolves<\/a> and, in the process, Leeds stopped Wolves frommatching a 1964 record<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Daniel Farke will have learned plenty for Leeds vs Wolves<\/a> but it was three new signings with the goals and other fresh faces who stood out. Anton Stach and Gabriel Gudmundsson dominated the Wolves match ratings <\/a>.<\/p>\n

The latter of Stach and Gudmunsson will have been frustrated after last weekend, having scored an own goal in the dying embers of the Fulham match at Craven Cottage. He got his redemption with a stellar display at Molineux.<\/p>\n

It was a fantastic day out for most involved, and Leeds\u2019 full-backs were crucial in getting the team up the pitch and into the final third. Gudmundsson\u2019s full-back partner, Jayden Bogle, went off injured for Leeds<\/a> as the only dampener against Wolves. <\/p>\n

Gudmundsson performed well against Fulham, but he was back to his best against Wolves \u2014 marauding down the left and almost notching two assists via his breaks into the box.<\/p>\n

No one connected with either cutback but Beren Cross was impressed by what he saw at Molineux, due to the Swedish left-back\u2019s relentless energy down that flank alongside Noah Okafor.<\/p>\n

For the third time in the game, Stach and Gudmundsson combine down the left. Latter gets to the byline, smartly goes by a defender and then rolls it up on a plate for someone to tap-in. Nobody on it. #lufc<\/a><\/p>\n

Per Cross, Farke spoke post-match and said: \u201cNever in doubt we would score. Just the efficiency was missing in first four games. Four games without scoring and I wonder what the hell was Gudmundsson doing in passing rather than shooting, five minutes in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Per Leeds Live<\/a>, Farke also explained his thoughts on Gudmundsson\u2019s reaction after Fulham, adding: \u201cIt says a lot [to bounce back]. More important you respond to a setback. Really good link up with Okafor.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a game which provides a platform Leeds can build from now in the league, which is what other players have said, too. Okafor implied it after Leeds beat Wolves<\/a>, knowing they can raise their levels.<\/p>\n

Leeds have to win away games this season and cannot apply too much pressure on making Elland Road a fortress, even if they have lost just one league game in the last year in West Yorkshire at LS11.<\/p>\n

Wolves are a side Leeds enjoy playing, however, with Opta\u2019s Jonny Cooper revealing that Leeds\u2019 last 16 away Premier League matches have seen 75% of their points won at Molineux. That is six of eight points.<\/p>\n
