\n\tMark Ruffalo<\/a> is speaking out again on Jimmy Kimmel<\/a>\u2018s suspension by ABC. <\/p>\n

\n\tRuffalo took to Threads<\/a> on Saturday to re-share a post about how Disney<\/a>\u2018s stock has dropped seven percent following the late night talk show being suspended earlier this week. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s going to go down a lot further if they cancel his show,\u201d Ruffalo wrote. \u201cDisney does not want to be the ones that broke America.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tOn Wednesday, ABC announced that Jimmy Kimmel Live! was preempted indefinitely<\/a> following the host\u2019s comments about Charlie Kirk\u2019s murder and the shooting suspect. \u201cWe hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,\u201d Kimmel said during his opening monologue on Monday night.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing the suspension, Ruffalo previously spoke out<\/a> about Kimmel in a No Kings online event. \u201cMy industry doesn\u2019t really understand what\u2019s happening right now, but what they do understand is our freedom of speech is being attacked,\u201d he said. Several other Marvel stars like Pedro Pascal, Marisa Tomei, and Tatiana Maslany also spoke out after the news broke.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe four-time Oscar-nominated actor has famously appeared as Bruce Banner\/the Hulk in many of Disney\u2019s MCU projects, such as The Avengers films, Thor: Ragnarok, She Hulk and more. Next up, he\u2019s set to be in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which will hit theaters July 31, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this month, Ruffalo spoke to The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> about reprising his role and how he\u2019s looking forward to working with Jon Bernthal as the Punisher. \u201cIf I\u2019m doing that \u2014 which the rumors are that I am, once I get a script, I\u2019ll know it\u2019s real \u2014 but I love him and we have a common friend in Lena Dunham, believe it or not, (laughs) who just adores him,\u201d Ruffalo said. \u201cI can\u2019t wait to work with him, he\u2019s so funny and he\u2019s such a great actor. He plays that character like nobody else.
