The couple attended Costner\u2019s star studded One0805LIVE! charity event at Costner\u2019s Yellowstone oceanside estate in Santa Barbara<\/a> on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The 44-year-old actress joined her husband at the concert alongside other A-listers such as Oprah Winfrey.<\/a><\/p>\n

This outing comes weeks after Prince Harry<\/a>, 41, reunited with his father King Charles for the first time after 18 months apart in London.<\/p>\n

Meghan<\/a> wore a sleeveless, dark navy dress with a pair of pumps for the outdoor event, which was aimed at raising money for local fire, police and sheriff departments. Harry dressed casually, in a black shirt, trousers and blazer.<\/p>\n

The duo, who got married in 2018, arrived at the venue and mingled with other guests, including first responders and law enforcement, before taking to the stage to address the crowd.<\/p>\n

The event is an ‘annual benefit concert, bringing together legendary artists and passionate supporters to raise funds for essential equipment and mental wellness programs for Santa Barbara<\/a> County\u2019s first responders,’ according to the official website. <\/p>\n

The line-up included Good Charlotte, The Fray and Trisha Yearwood.<\/p>\n

Oprah Winfrey, who has developed a close relationship with Meghan and Harry over the years, was also spotted.<\/p>\n

In 2021, the couple sat down for a controversial interview with the TV host, in which they levelled allegations against the Royal Family<\/a>. In recent months, rumours have circulated around Oprah taking a step back from her friendship with Meghan.<\/p>\n

The Prince met with King Charles at Clarence House earlier this month \u2013 their first face-to-face meeting in 18 months, as the King continues to receive cancer treatment. Talks are allegedly underway to bring the father and son together publicly for the first time in over six years.<\/p>\n

The last time they were seen together publicly and happily at an official engagement was at the \u2018Our Planet\u2019 global premiere at the Natural History Museum in London in April 2019.<\/p>\n

Since Harry took a step back from royal duties in 2020, they have only been seen with other family members at the state funerals of Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Recent allegations suggest the relationship between King Charles and Prince William<\/a> has soured, amidst claims that the King is unhappy that William\u2019s workload is less than his. Resultantly, the heir is said to be unhappy about the meeting with Harry.<\/p>\n

After last week, some royal commentators have agreed that Harry is back in his groove, pictured meeting with the public and children.<\/p>\n

The positive reaction to Harry at the palace did not go unnoticed, as sources say that working members of the Royal Family are in short supply.<\/p>\n

According to one source: \u201cHarry’s visit to the UK was not about trying to show up or compete with his brother \u2013 in fact, the opposite.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was to remind William that Harry can be there to take some of the load off, given some of the criticism William has received for carrying out a lower number of engagements than his father.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat doesn’t need to be as part of the “working” Royal Family. It can just be doing what he loves to do and does best \u2013 supporting causes close to them both, such as the Diana Award and conservation.<\/p>\n

\u201cMore than anything, though, he wants to see his father more. He wants to make him proud and be there to support him through his treatment.\u201d<\/p>\n

On the Prince\u2019s later trip to Kyiv, he said that his focus the coming year \u2018really has to be on my dad.’<\/p>\n

Harry is said to have agreed to avoid any publicity over the last week that might have detracted from President Trump\u2019s state visit.<\/p>\n

But the Prince, who now plans to come to the UK \u2018four or five times\u2019 a year is said to be hopeful he can establish at least a working relationship with William. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhatever he can do to continue rebuilding those relationships and that trust, he will do,’ a source said. <\/p>\n

This would not be the first time that the King has played a public role in engendering popular support for someone \u2013 as he did for Camilla who faced significant publicity battles over the years.<\/p>\n

Royal commentators now believe the same could be possible for Harry. <\/p>\n

Buckingham Palace and a spokesman for the Prince declined to comment.<\/p>\n
