An Edinburgh shopkeeper <\/a>who has ‘had enough’ of shoplifters has shared a message for any thieves<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Urfan Hussain, who works at Muirhouse Post Office, hopes to ‘stamp out shoplifting in small stores. Posting a clip online, brandishing a baseball bat, he said he was ‘sick and tired’ of individuals taking items without paying.<\/p>\n

He also shared a clip of a man who ‘stole \u00a36.75 worth of chocolate<\/a>‘. Urfan has said that he likes to give people a chance, and gives them time to come in and pay for the items – though this hasn’t worked out.<\/p>\n

He admitted to being ‘really hacked off’. Speaking to Edinburgh Live, Urfan said: “The purpose of this is to stamp out shoplifting in small stores.”<\/p>\n

In a clip posted on social media, where he bashes in some cardboard boxes with a baseball bat, he added: “I’m sick and tired of people still coming in and stealing after that last viral video.<\/p>\n

“People are still coming in and stealing from their own doorstep. Why s***e on your own doorstep?<\/p>\n

“Honestly. I’ve given him five or six days, lets make this guy viral just like the last one.<\/p>\n

“I’m really getting hacked off.”<\/p>\n

They then shared a clip of their CCTV showing a man who appears to help himself to a chocolate, and slide it into his back pocket. They added: “\u00a36.75 worth of chocolate stolen.”<\/p>\n

He concludes the video: “Guys please don’t shoplift at Muirhouse Post Office, or anywhere else.”<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, the shop posted a similar clip on their social media pages. It showed an individual putting items from the fridge into his pockets.<\/p>\n

The shop added: “Remember please don’t steal as there are other options.<\/p>\n

“We always give one chance, as it could be a mistake. But repeated thief’s are dealt with buy making them FAMOUS.”<\/p>\n
