\n\tFor the royal outing on the crisp, early autumn day, the Princess of Wales opted for some fall layering. The British royal family<\/a> member wore a pair of gray trousers, complemented by her similarly toned maxicoat with sharp lapels and long sleeves by British label Jigsaw.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe royal added even more nods to Britain\u2019s fashion industry, wearing a pink silk crepe de chine blouse with a lavalli\u00e8re by Burberry<\/a>. Finishing touches for her attire included stilettos by Hugo Boss. A mini gray bag from London label Smythson and jewelry pieces by Kiki McDonough and Annoushka Jewelery completed her sartorial ensemble.<\/p>\n

\n\tThroughout her time as a prominent member of the royal family, Middleton has regularly worn pieces crafted by British luxury fashion houses, dating back to her April 2011 nuptials to Prince William, for which she wore a gown by former McQueen designer Sarah Burton<\/a>, who currently serves as the creative director of Givenchy.<\/p>\n

\n\tAlong with designs from McQueen and pieces by Burton, Middleton has also nodded to brands like Self-Portrait<\/a>, Safiyaa and Catherine Walker, the latter of which was also a favorite designer of the late Princess Diana.<\/p>\n

\n\tSending subtle messages through her royal wardrobe has always been a cornerstone quality of the Princess of Wales\u2019 approach to fashion. Whether its nodding to British brands, or paying homage to visiting leaders \u2014 like when Middleton wore Dior <\/a>to welcome French President Emmanuel Macron and\u00a0First Lady Brigitte Macron\u00a0to Windsor in July \u2014 her wardrobe selections consistently carry multiple meanings.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Prince and Princess of Wales visit on Tuesday showed their continued support to the Southport community following an attack in July 2024, in which three girls \u2014 Alice da Silva Aguiar, Bebe King and Elsie Dot Stancombe \u2014 were tragically killed at a dance class in the town. <\/p>\n
