The <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/new-city-restaurant-open-after-32450390\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Bold Street establishment<\/a> had planned to greet diners before the end of September but guests will now need to wait until October.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/new-city-restaurant-open-after-32450390\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">The restaurant <\/a>says it will deliver &#8220;authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavour&#8221; with a range of Arabic, Turkish, Syrian and Mediterranean cuisine. More than \u00a3300,000 has already been invested in converting the previous Brazilian establishment, Maracana Sport Bar, into<a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/new-city-restaurant-open-after-32450390\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\"> House of Caesar.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">A spokesperson for the<a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/new-city-restaurant-open-after-32450390\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\"> House of Caesar <\/a>said: \u201cWe are getting more and more excited as we get close to the launch. Bold Street is already thriving with so many different restaurants and cuisines, and we can\u2019t wait to bring House of Caesar to that mix and add to that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"liverpoolecho\">House of Caesar&#8217;s September opening has been delayed, with the launch now expected for early October.
