As a 38-year-old mum-of-two, I know all too well how childbirth can change things downstairs. <\/p>\n

And while I\u2019ve always loved my lady garden, I figured it deserved a little spring spruce. Why not try and turn back the clock to my pre-baby bloom?<\/p>\n

Turns out, I\u2019m not the only one asking the question. Demand for the\u00a0labial puff\u00a0\u2013 a tweakment that plumps up the outer\u00a0labia\u00a0for a more youthful, fuller look \u2013 is booming. <\/p>\n

And the name? \u201cIt\u2019s inspired by the Rod Stewart<\/a> song Tonight’s the Night, with the very naughty lyrics,\u00a0\u2018Spread your wings and let me come inside,\u2019\u201d she laughs, mid-injection.<\/p>\n

Dr Lakhani is no ordinary cosmetic specialist. She has over 25 years of medical experience and was the first female doctor in the UK to offer the infamous O-Shot \u2013 a treatment where blood is taken from your arm and injected into your G-spot and clitoris to boost orgasms, libido and confidence.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She\u2019s helped thousands of women climax, earning her a string of awards and a fiercely loyal client list \u2013 including celebs. <\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019m going full whack with a \u201c360 vaginal rejuvenation\u201d \u2013 and I won\u2019t lie, I\u2019m slightly terrified.<\/p>\n

First, Dr Shirin Lakhani gives me a thorough examination before injecting anaesthetic. I haven\u2019t been in this position since my last smear.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re neat,\u201d she reassures, \u201cbut you\u2019ve lost a little volume.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

She explains: \u201cWe\u2019ll do 0.5ml of filler each side, plus 5ml of PRP. Don\u2019t panic if you look like a baboon\u2019s bum afterwards \u2013 swelling goes down in a few days.\u201d<\/p>\n

As part of the package, I\u2019m also getting the \u00a3300-a-session V-Tone \u2013 a 30-minute electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) session that claims to be the equivalent of doing 30,000 pelvic floor exercises. It feels weird, like mini internal zaps, but not painful.<\/p>\n

Then comes the \u00a31,000-a-session Morpheus 8V \u2013 a machine that combines microneedling with radiofrequency to boost collagen and tighten things up.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s shaped like something from Ann Summers and goes inside the vaginal canal and around the vulva.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Next is the legendary O-Shot. Blood from my arm is spun into PRP and injected into my G-spot and clitoris. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis really helps women who\u2019ve lost the ability to orgasm during penetrative sex<\/a>,\u201d Dr Lakhani says. \u201cMany only need one shot to see a huge difference.\u201d<\/p>\n

One session costs \u00a31,500, and results usually show in three to six weeks.<\/p>\n

As a stressed-out mum, my libido\u2019s taken a bit of a nosedive lately and orgasms have become more elusive than a full night\u2019s sleep. <\/p>\n

But Dr Lakhani is confident this treatment will help me over the finishing line again.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Last but not least is the \u00a31,500 vampire wing lift itself \u2013 2.5ml of PRP and 0.5ml of filler, strategically injected into each\u00a0labia. The PRP stings slightly, like paper cuts, but honestly it\u2019s less grim than a smear.<\/p>\n

These treatments aren\u2019t just about aesthetics. Women are seeking help for atrophy, incontinence, loss of sensation and painful sex.<\/p>\n

Some younger women are chasing the TikTok trend for the \u201ccrotch cleavage\u201d look \u2013 aka a plumped-up camel toe \u2013 with specialist knickers flying off shelves.<\/p>\n

But Dr Lakhani rolls her eyes: \u201cTrends come and go. I\u2019ve got women now asking for\u00a0pubic hair transplants\u00a0after lasering it all off in the \u201890s!\u201d<\/p>\n

All the treatments took under two hours \u2013 but with a \u00a34,300 price tag, I\u2019m crossing everything (well, not\u00a0everything\u00a0just yet) for orgasmic results. <\/p>\n

Everything to consider before getting a designer vagina <\/p>\n

While the NHS doesn’t offer vaginal rejuvenation treatments, it does offer advice for women considering the treatments. <\/p>\n

Some women want a designer vaginas because they do not like the look of their labia, which is the fleshy folds of skin that make up the external part of the female genitalia. However, it’s completely normal to have noticeable skin folds around the opening of your vagina. In most cases, it does not cause any problems.<\/p>\n
