Meghan Markle<\/a> has candidly revealed why she needs to rush back home from the TIME100 Summit in New York City<\/a> to Los Angeles. The Duchess of Sussex said she was excited to be at home for a major milestone for her eldest, Prince Archie, five, who was about to lose his first tooth.<\/p>\n

Meghan said responsibilities surrounding her business were just as important as things like her son\u2019s loose tooth, adding he was going to lose it \u201cthis week\u201d. She explained: \u201cWhat we\u2019re going to put out during our next launch is equally as important to me as Archie getting his first [big] tooth this week. It\u2019s about to happen, I might get back just in time for it!”<\/p>\n

The latest revelation about Prince Archie<\/a>, who celebrates his sixth birthday on May 6, came on the same day that his cousin Prince Louis turned seven and showed off his toothless smile<\/a> in a birthday portrait released by his parents, Princess Kate and Prince William<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At the event in New York,<\/a> Meghan, 43, was asked how she handles being under a “microscope” and facing immense “scrutiny”.<\/p>\n

She explained that she has made a “very conscious effort to create boundaries for herself, her well-being, and mental health”.<\/p>\n

She added that it was especially important for her to be a good role model to raise a \u201cconfident young woman\u201d. She also said: \u201cBut also having son, I think that is just as paramount. [It\u2019s important] for young men to be raised with a confidence and sense of self that is going to empower the women around them too.”<\/p>\n

The Duchess also said that she was the \u201chappiest I\u2019ve ever been\u201d to Jessica Sibley, the chief executive officer of Time. She explained: \u201cTo have a partner and a husband who is so supportive and have healthy kids who are so joyful \u2026 I never would have imagined at this point I would feel so happy and grateful, and I really do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan wore a neutral-toned Ralph Lauren suit for the event where she was joined by her husband, Prince Harry<\/a>. The event coincides with the birthday of Prince William<\/a> and Kate’s youngest son, Prince Louis, who turned 7 today.<\/p>\n

She wore a white button-down top that she tucked into the loose-fitting trousers, pairing the look with a \u00a3222 Veronica Beard brown belt and \u00a3375 Stuart Weitzman suede heels. She accessorised with a Cartier gold watch and a pair of gold hoop earrings.<\/p>\n

Meghan spoke about her experience while filming her Netflix<\/a> show, With Love, Meghan and explained the decision not to film at their actual home in California.<\/a><\/p>\n

The mother-of-two said she had a huge crew helping her film.
