Best practice guides and \u201ctailored\u201d documentation, they said, was also on offer to help MP \u201crecruit and manage their teams quickly and effectively.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Finally, training<\/p>\n<p>Despite those claims, both Bishop and Cooper<strong> <\/strong>are among a cadre of new MPs now signed up to a training and certification scheme being offered by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
