FKA twigs will release the techno album EUSEXUA Afterglow on November 14. <\/p>\n
\nAfter debuting the track in Seoul, South Korea, lead single Cheap Hotel is out now, along with the Jordan Hemingway-helmed music video.<\/p>\n
\nAfterglow was intended to be a deluxe edition of January’s EUSEXUA, but soon transpired into its own entity. <\/p>\n
\nThe new collection \u201cexpands on the feelings that come after experiencing EUSEXUA, transmuting them into a soundtrack for the hours after the rave and extending that high into the afters.”<\/p>\n
\nA press release continued: “Afterglow is a record steeped in the reverence of techno, but the beats now are fractured and derelict, and playful most importantly.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn June, twigs signed a global publishing deal with the indie firm Kobalt.<\/p>\n

\nAway from music, the 37-year-old star was cast as the Virgin Mary in the upcoming horror film, The Carpenter\u2019s Son, starring Nicolas Cage in the titular role.<\/p>\n
\nWhat’s more, she will portray the legendary entertainer and activist Josephine Baker in an upcoming biopic by French filmmaker Ma\u00efmouna Doucour\u00e9.<\/p>\n
