Sheffield Wednesday are increasingly close to facing administration amid the continued financial failings overseen by owner Dejphon Chansiri.<\/strong><\/p>\n Henrik Pedersen\u2019s men are likely to go into administration if Chansiri fails to repay a \u00a37.4million loan<\/a> by September 30th. <\/p>\n The Thai businessman owes stadium debts, while he has consistently failed to pay players and non-playing staff in recent months. <\/p>\n Meanwhile, Sheffield Wednesday captain Barry Bannan has grown fed up<\/a> with the situation, telling talkSPORT on Thursday, 25 September, that he isn\u2019t getting anywhere with asking questions of the ownership. <\/p>\n Football finance expert Dan Plumley exclusively told Football Insider<\/strong> that Chansiri\u2019s decision to cling on to Sheffield Wednesday<\/a> despite their monetary problems is \u2018really baffling.\u2019<\/p>\n Similarly, speaking live on BBC Radio Sheffield\u2019s Football Heaven show on 25 September, Rob Staton said: \u201cIf you can\u2019t pay the bills, and if everybody wants you out, and all your existence is currently us a bunch of Wednesday fans demanding for you to go constantly, endless negative headlines, national newspapers, national media doing pieces on the TV and the radio all saying what a terrible job you\u2019re doing, why would you want to carry on? <\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s no reason, to cling on for what? There\u2019s only two ways for this to go. You either have the money, present a plan that people can get behind, communicate, get people on board and fix the issues at the club, and then maybe you get given the benefit of the doubt.<\/p>\n \u201cI doubt it, because of what\u2019s happened over the last few months, and pay everybody on time, or you sell. They\u2019re the only two solutions now. Not saying anything and having the monthly wondering what\u2019s going on, and then not paying people, potentially again this month, which is the fear now because of the embargoes and everything that\u2019s been reported.
