There’s been an autumn chill in the air this week, as lots of people share pictures of the trees turning colour and their latest autumn home decor.<\/p>\n

This weekend promises to continue those autumn feelings with some last rays of sunshine, and highs of 16\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

But the Met Office predicts the weather will turn at points and we’ll have some rain.<\/p>\n

The latest forecast for Greater Manchester this weekend, starting today (September 27), says the weather will be ‘often cloudy with rain arriving later’.<\/p>\n

Today<\/p>\n

The forecaster says it will be a dry but cloudy to start the day, with cloud thick enough for the odd shower.<\/p>\n

There will be heavier and more persistent rain arriving from the west during late afternoon, with a southerly breeze picking up in strength. It will be ‘feeling rather cool’, with a maximum temperature of 16 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Tonight<\/p>\n

The Met Office says: “Cloudy with outbreaks of rain pushing eastwards through this evening and overnight. Clear spells and a few showers following on behind with winds easing. Turning chilly. Minimum temperature 6 \u00b0C.”<\/p>\n

Sunday<\/p>\n

Sunday brings some of that lovely autumn sunshine. It will be largely dry to start with sunny spells, according to the Met Office.<\/p>\n

There will be cloud building for a time in the afternoon, perhaps with a few isolated showers. The forecaster says there will be temperatures close to average after a chilly morning. The maximum temperature is again 16 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday<\/p>\n

The Met Office predicts the sunny spells will continue, along with a few showers on Monday. It turns cloudier on Tuesday and Wednesday with the chance of some rain and drizzle.<\/p>\n
