The <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/welsh-government\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Welsh Government<\/a> said bluetongue (BTV-3) was found at two premises, one in Chepstow, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.walesonline.co.uk\/all-about\/monmouthshire\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Monmouthshire<\/a>, and another in Presteigne, Powys.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"walesonline\">Bluetongue is a non-contagious, insect-borne viral disease that primarily affects sheep, cattle, goats, and other ruminants.
