In that case, it would just be an official visit and not a state visit,&#8221; the expert added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"themirror\">The last state visit by a monarch was Queen Elizabeth II in 2007. The late Queen made four state visits during her reign, meeting with Presidents Dwight D. Eisenhower, Gerald Ford, George H.W. Bush, and George W.
