Hibs goalkeeper Raphael Sallinger has described the travelling support as \u201camazing\u201d following yesterday\u2019s 0-0 draw at Celtic Park.<\/p>\n

The Austrian shot-stopper made a number of crucial saves as Hibs earned a hard-fought point against the league holders, Celtic.<\/p>\n

Sallinger lauded praise on his teammates when speaking to Hibs TV after the game.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cI think we\u2019ve done well. The first 10 to 15 minutes weren\u2019t the best, but after that we came good into the game. We had a good few moments.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the main thing was how we defended our goal. It was quite impressive for us. A clean sheet at Celtic Park is amazing.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very happy [with the clean sheet]. I think the effort was amazing. Celtic didn\u2019t have [clear] chances in the second half because we did so well in the box. They were just playing around the box.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow we defended the box was amazing. I think we fully deserved this clean sheet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The improved defensive showing comes off the back of Tuesday evening\u2019s frustrating 2-2 draw against newly-promoted Falkirk.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While reflecting on that performance compared to our showing in Glasgow, Sallinger also touched on the importance of a strong display heading into next Saturday\u2019s Edinburgh Derby clash at Tynecastle Park.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels great because a lot of people are talking about us conceding too many goals, so coming here to Celtic Park and having a clean sheet is really, really good.\u201d<\/p>\n

After keeping his first league clean sheet Sallinger also praised our fans\u2019 backing from the away end and is looking forward to the same backing in Gorgie next weekend.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think after 20 minutes, the stadium was quiet and only our fans that were singing,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was quite amazing.\u00a0I\u2019m very much looking forward to Saturday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the fans are also looking forward to Saturday. I think they will be amazing again.\u201d<\/p>\n
