A 78-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of threatening to kill a delivery driver while being armed with a BB gun. On Saturday evening (September 27), Merseyside Police were contacted at around 5.35pm following an incident in the Kensington<\/a> area of Liverpool. The force was called after officers received reports of a resident in Sheil Road <\/a>being seen in possession of a firearm<\/a>.<\/p>\n The same resident was then seen to make threats towards a delivery driver who was working in the area. Armed police officers were deployed to the area and a man was arrested<\/a>.<\/p>\n Merseyside Police<\/a> have today confirmed that the man who was arrested was 78 and is from the Kensington area<\/a>.<\/p>\n A BB gun was seized.
