A desperate search is underway for a missing <\/a>Edinburgh schoolgirl believed to be in Glasgow.<\/p>\n

Aisika Arnautu, 14, from the Wester Hailes area of the capital, was reported <\/a>missing on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Police inquiries have so far have established that she was in Aberdeen <\/a>from around Friday and subsequently travelled to Glasgow city centre the following day.<\/p>\n

She may have been travelling using public transport <\/a>and inquiries are ongoing to establish her exact movements.<\/p>\n

Aisika <\/a>is described as being white, 5ft 4in tall and with long brown hair.<\/p>\n

It’s currently unknown what she could be wearing <\/a>however she is thought to be wear large hoop-style earrings.<\/p>\n

Anyone who may have seen Aisika, or those with information over her whereabouts<\/a>, is urged to contact police.<\/p>\n

Chief Inspector Ran Macdonald said: \u201cWe are concerned for Aisika\u2019s welfare and would urge anyone who may have information <\/a>to come forward.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is thought to have travelled <\/a>extensively in the past few weeks across Scotland so I would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen her or spoken to her to get in touch.<\/p>\n
