And the \u201ccoalition of the willing\u201d that is supporting Ukraine has no plans to send troops until after the war ends \u2014 and even then they may not be ready to fight a \u201ckinetic war\u201d if (or when) Russia violates an eventual ceasefire or peace deal.<\/p>\n<p>Manpower is among Russia\u2019s greatest advantages in its war against Ukraine. Though Ukraine\u2019s daily casualties are lower, its population is one-quarter the size of Russia\u2019s.
