A house was vandalised as swastikas were drawn on the home, including on the windows, in the middle of the afternoon. Merseyside Police<\/a> said officers were called to a report of a man drawing swastikas on a house in the Argyle Street South area of Tranmere<\/a>, Wirral<\/a>, at around 1.05pm today, September 29.<\/p>\n Following enquiries, police arrested a 24-year-old man from Rock Ferry<\/a> at 3.55pm on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage.
