Guests invited to Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding this past weekend enjoyed accommodations at an intimate hotel in Santa Barbara that is no stranger to hosting the rich and famous.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tucked in the hills of the American Rivera, El Encanto has seen the likes of Hollywood legends\u00a0Clark Gable, Carole Lombard, Hedy Lamarr, along with modern stars such as Gwen Stefani<\/a>, Barbra Stresiand, and Leonardo DiCaprio<\/a>\u00a0stop by.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Over the summer, another big name became attached to the property when Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen purchased the five-star resort.<\/p>\n

This past weekend, the hotel made headlines yet again when it played host to many guests attending Gomez and Blanco’s lavish nuptials<\/a> (which was held in neighboring Goleta).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Opened in 1918, the luxury hotel boasts 92 bungalows and suites across seven acres and offers ‘tranquility above the Santa Barbara Coastline,’ according to their website.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But the peace and quiet of the hotel doesn’t come cheap, with many rooms starting at $1,000-per-night. It was notably sold out for the weekend of the wedding.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Once inside the estate, however, guests are in for a luxurious and serene experience certain to reset the mind and body, one held within a picturesque environment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The hotel offers plush robes and slippers for their guests, in addition to round-the-clock room service.<\/p>\n

The luxurious amenities on site include a saltwater infinity pool, a spa, 24 hour gym and fitness studio with a sauna.<\/p>\n

As far as dining, El Encanto offers ‘fine coastal-California fare’, casual lounge bites, and afternoon tea.<\/p>\n

Gomez and Blanco tied the knot in Santa Barbara on Saturday in a lavish celebration attended by 170 family and friends, including Gomez’s longtime friend Taylor Swift, her Only Murders in the Building co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short, as well as Paul Rudd and Ed Sheeran.<\/p>\n

Gomez stunned in a custom hand-draped Ralph Lauren satin gown with embroidery and Tiffany & Co. platinum-and-diamond earrings, while Blanco wore a classic black Ralph Lauren tuxedo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The newlyweds first confirmed their romance in December 2023, though their professional partnership stretches back nearly a decade, with Blanco producing several of Gomez’s biggest hits.<\/p>\n

They announced their engagement in December 2024 and have since collaborated on new music, including their joint album I Said I Love You First.<\/p>\n

The video featured Blanco dressed as a white teddy bear and the pair became pals but romance didn’t blossom until they worked together on her August 2023 smash hit, Single Soon.<\/p>\n

That led to sparks flying and by December the same year, the couple confirmed they were an item with Gomez declaring online of Blanco: ‘[He is the] best thing that’s ever happened to me.
