Supermarket giant Tesco NI has announced it\u2019s added 31 new bakery lines from some of Northern Ireland\u2019s most famous bakeries.<\/p>\n
And it says customers already have a sweet tooth, with its cake category growing its share of sales by 11% in the last year.<\/p>\n
New lines have been added to Tesco\u2019s 50 or so supermarkets in NI from stalwarts like Irwin\u2019s Bakery in Portadown, Genesis Bakery and Bertie\u2019s Bakery in Magherafelt, Holmes Bakery in Craigavon, Graham\u2019s Bakery in Dromore and Sunblest in Belfast. <\/p>\n
Irwin\u2019s is one of Tesco NI\u2019s longest-established suppliers of baked goods, doing business with the supermarket for 28 years.<\/p>\n
