The PSNI have confirmed the name of a man who died following a crash in East Belfast<\/a>.<\/p>\n 37-year-old William Hunter from the Belfast area died following a collision which happened on Sunday, September 28 on the Castlereagh Road<\/a>.<\/p>\n At around 11.50pm, police received a report of a one-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Castlereagh Road crash claims the life of man in his 30s<\/a><\/p>\n Inspector Cherith Adair of the PSNI<\/a>‘s Collision Investigation Unit added: \u201cOfficers alongside colleagues from other emergency services attended and Mr Hunter, was taken to hospital where he sadly died a short time later.<\/p>\n \u201cEnquiries are continuing and we appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have dash-cam footage which could assist our investigation, to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 1693 of 28\/09\/25.\u201d<\/p>\n Click this link<\/a> or scan the QR code to receive breaking news and top stories from Belfast Live.
