England manager Thomas Tuchel faces a growing concern ahead of the World Cup next summer in one position.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Three Lions continue their preparation for the tournament with a friendly against Wales and a qualifier against Latvia.<\/p>\n

England\u2019s 5-0 win over Serbia<\/a> and 2-0 victory over Andorra in the last international break means Tuchel\u2019s side remain top of their World Cup qualifying group.<\/p>\n

Whilst Tuchel may know the majority of his squad going to the World Cup, there is one position which is becoming an increasing worry.<\/p>\n

Tino Livramento\u2019s injury for Newcastle<\/a> against Arsenal<\/a>, and Myles Lewis-Skelly\u2019s lack of playing time for the Gunners means Tuchel may need to look at another left-back.<\/p>\n

Calafiori is currently ahead of Lewis-Skelly at Arsenal<\/a>, as the 19-year-old now battles to make England<\/a>\u2018s World Cup squad.<\/p>\n

One standout option for Tuchel will be to look at Crystal Palace<\/a> wing-back Tyrick Mitchell, who is having a fine season at the Eagles amid their unbeaten start to the campaign.<\/p>\n

The Palace star has been called up for England before back in 2022 under Gareth Southgate, appearing twice in friendly matches.<\/p>\n

Mitchell\u2019s versatility of playing in a back four or as a wing-back, and a good engine to cover plenty of ground down the left flank for Palace should make him an exciting prospect for Tuchel.<\/p>\n
