Other execs supporting the launch of Zinc Distribution include group distribution and commercial consultant, Paul Hanrahan, while Alex Colebeck moves from Raw Cut Distribution to become head of international sales. Ziella Bryars is group distribution manager.<\/p>\n
Zinc said the sales arm would \u201cenhance\u201d its ability to exploit and monetise IP across linear and digital globally, supported by the \u201chundreds of hours\u201d of content produced annually by its production labels.<\/p>\n
The company had previously placed its shows with a variety of distributors, which subsequently sold them into more than 150 territories.<\/p>\n
The new set-up \u201cwill strengthen relationships with existing distribution partners, forge new partnerships with broadcasters and digital platforms, and drive programme sales and revenue streams across digital content, format licences and merchandising opportunities,\u201d Zinc said.<\/p>\n
