A renowned restaurant with thousands of followers to its name has revealed what customers can expect from its first venture into the city. Best known for its North American comfort food, Brewski already has establishments in Manchester, Sheffield and Chester.<\/p>\n

However, the company is now making its way to Liverpool, just in time for Christmas.<\/a> The iconic brand will be found in Liverpool ONE,<\/a> where guests can order its huge meat platters, side plates and various desserts.<\/p>\n

The new Liverpool restaurant<\/a> will boast 5,000 square foot of space and outdoor covers. Brewski was founded by James Daly and Steven Stockton-King, the same two who are also behind American Pies and BIG TRAY BBQ.<\/p>\n

The two told the ECHO they chose Liverpool as their next site because the pair met at Liverpool University, 20 years ago this autumn.<\/p>\n

They said: \u201cWe’ve had the privilege of watching the city grow and thrive in that time with its food scene and culture going from strength to strength. Liverpool ONE has been a huge part of this growth and we are extremely excited that we now get to be a part of it.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur aim is every menu better, every venue better, which means we are putting all our learnings so far to create the best Brewski yet. The venue will boast 125 covers inside with an additional 78 outdoors on a terrace with panoramic views of the city.\u201d<\/p>\n

Inspired by everything from the steakhouses of New York to the taco trucks of California, the team said their mission could be simply put down to \u201cHappiness Through Hospitality\u201d.<\/p>\n

They added: \u201cAcross every site, our menus constantly evolve, driven by a desire to surprise and delight guests with something new and innovative every time they visit.<\/p>\n

“At the core of Brewski is a passionate team of people who believe that great food means great times. We cannot wait to meet and feed the people of Liverpool.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new venue will launch with the brand\u2019s signature festive menu. On it will be the “Oh Christmas Tray, Oh Christmas Tray” featuring beef Wellington spring rolls, slow-cooked sage lamb, shoulder-topped garlic butter roast potatoes, festive burgers, as well as Terry’s Chocolate orange truffle balls and sticky Biscoff pudding.<\/p>\n

The team announced the news just this week to its 166,000 followers. In a social media post, they said: \u201cPeople of Liverpool, Brewski will be opening in a fantastic unit in the heart of @liverpool_oneofficial this December and we cannot wait.<\/p>\n

“We absolutely cannot wait to serve up the best North American cuisine has to offer in the form of giant sharing platters, starting with our festive menu.
