\n The fantasy story written by JK Rowling started out as a children’s book series before becoming an iconic film franchise of eight movies, culminating in 2012.\n<\/p>\n

\n It was confirmed back in\u00a0April 2023 that a new Harry Potter series was being created by HBO in association with Bront\u00eb Film and TV and Warner Bros. Television.\n<\/p>\n

\n Filming has started in a variety of locations, with the original movies shot in part in Oxford, with Oxford University often being the set for Hogwarts School.\n<\/p>\n

\n One of the latest filming locations for the new HBO series is none other than Prince William and Kate’s soon-to-be garden.\n<\/p>\n

\n The royal couple are moving to Forest Lodge, which is next to Windsor Great Park, where shooting for the new show has been ongoing.\n<\/p>\n

\n Prince William revealed this week what he likes to watch in the way of series, telling Slow Horses actor Sir Gary Oldman that he watched the Apple TV+ series.\n<\/p>\n

\n The movie star was being knighted for services to drama at Windsor Castle on Tuesday (September 30).\n<\/p>\n

\n Sir Gary plays veteran MI5 agent Jackson Lamb in the series, which is based on Oxford author Mick Herron’s Slough House book.\n<\/p>\n

\n Of his conversation with the prince, Sir Gary said: \u201cHe mentioned The Fifth Element and Churchill of Darkest Hour.\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cHe said he was very happy that I was here today and that it was him that had the opportunity to present me with (the honour).\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cA fan of Slow Horses. And he says, \u2018Every time I see you, I just want to give you a good wash\u2019.\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cAnd I said, \u2018Well, I think I\u2019ve scrubbed up OK today\u2019.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cHe\u2019s a fan, yeah.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
