Leeds United will look to make it three Premier League games unbeaten on Saturday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leeds welcome Tottenham to Elland Road on 4 October<\/a>, looking to make it two wins from three games in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

Daniel Farke is looking to continue his good record against Spurs<\/a> manager Thomas Frank, whom he has never lost to.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the game, there has been a weather update from the Met Office regarding the incoming Storm Amy, with possible danger ahead.<\/p>\n

Elland Road will be expecting some bad weather on Saturday<\/a>, with some really adverse rain and wind expected.<\/p>\n

According to the BBC<\/a>, the North West of the UK is under an Amber weather alert from Friday and Saturday, with some Yellow warnings in place.<\/p>\n

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds news<\/strong>, former head of PGMOL Keith Hackett<\/a> shared what occurs before a game when potentially dangerous weather is expected.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cWow, that is a very stark warning.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe pre-match planning at Leeds United with the Stadium Manager, the Police and I would suggest all Emergency Services will be taking place to ensure all contingency arrangements are in place.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce the game gets underway, if that is the decision, they will have to plan if the game due to the weather is not completed.\u201c<\/p>\n

Hackett went on to explain how the referee will deal with the weather situation leading up to kick-off, with warnings over possible damage to buildings in place: \u201cThe referee meets the Police and Ground Safety Manager 90 minutes before the game.<\/p>\n

\u201cIncidentally, if the game goes ahead and the referee feels that conditions are unsafe, he will liaise with the Ground Commander, and a decision will be made.\u201c<\/p>\n

Hackett went on to say that local authorities will plan around fan safety if the game is abandoned, ensuring safe public transport is available.<\/p>\n

Leeds fans will hope they won\u2019t have to worry too much about the game being called off or abandoned, but it is good for them that plans are to be confirmed.<\/p>\n

Weather could cause havoc between Leeds and Tottenham<\/p>\n

Leeds and Tottenham have played some classic matches at Elland Road<\/a> over the years, and we could be in line for another one on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Storm Amy is expected to bring really adverse conditions on Saturday lunchtime, which could have a real impact on players.<\/p>\n
