The festive event will be able to accommodate even more people this time round\"IceBoxIceBox is tucked neatly within an unsuspecting shed<\/p>\n

An ice skating rink has confirmed its return to Liverpool for this festival season. IceBox will be back in the Baltic Triangle<\/a> in around a month’s time, with the team behind it promising it will be \u201cbigger and better\u201d than last year.<\/p>\n

With a rink that can accommodate 30% more skaters, and a festive village being created that\u2019ll be packed with street food including Christmas specials <\/a>and seasonal drinks, IceBox is wanting to be an \u201cenchanting activity\u201d for all ages.<\/p>\n

Guests can expect Santa\u2019s Grotto<\/a>, the chance to toast marshmallows around the fire and a events calendar filled with a variety of festivities throughout November and December. The IceBox will officially open on Friday, November 17.<\/p>\n

Joel Lee, general manager at Boxpark Liverpool,<\/a> the team behind it, said: \u201cWe\u2019re so excited that Icebox is returning this Christmas season after its amazing success last year.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor 2025, guests will see Icebox\u2019s offering elevated further with a larger ice rink to accommodate more skaters, as well as the introduction of outdoor street food and a jam packed events calendar to get everyone into the festive spirit.<\/p>\n

First opening ahead of the 2024 festive season, Icebox was a sell out, welcoming thousands of skaters to enjoy the Christmas period with friends, family and colleagues.<\/p>\n

With tickets going live from Monday, October 13, BoxPark Liverpool expects even more interest this year with a bigger ice rink.<\/p>\n

Tickets are \u00a310 per Adult (12+), \u00a38 per Child (3-12) and \u00a334 for a family of four. Register your interest here<\/a> to be the first to know when tickets are available.<\/p>\n

In line with its Eat, Drink, Play ethos, the venue\u2019s weekly events will be given a festive twist with Christmas film screenings, character appearances and late night DJ sessions.<\/p>\n

The news comes after BoxPark played host to a secret DJ set by MK<\/a>. Huge crowds gathered in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle because of the event.<\/p>\n

The American DJ and producer, whose real name is Marc Kinchen, was in the city to promote his new single Come Find Me. Known for hits like 17, Piece of Me, My Head is a Jungle, Dior, Rhyme Dust, and Chemical, MK\u2019s announcement created significant buzz among Liverpool\u2019s music lovers.<\/p>\n

Fans were invited to pre-save the new track, after which they received a text message<\/a> on Friday, September 26, revealing the secret location of the event.
