Yes, we know October has only just begun, but sooner or later the mince pies will start appearing on the shelves and before you know it London will\u00a0be in full festive mode<\/a>. It\u2019s only 12\u00a0weeks until Christmas, after all.<\/p>\n

For those who love getting\u00a0immersed\u00a0in all the city has to offer\u00a0at Christmas time, there\u2019s loads of markets to get you excited (and stocked with presents) for December 25. And no, we\u2019re not just talking about Winter Wonderland.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a roundup of when every Christmas market that has announced its opening date so far for this year, and when they open.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When every London Christmas market opens for 2025
\nSouthbank Centre Winter Market<\/strong><\/p>\n

Southbank Centre\u2019s annual Christmas market on the Queen\u2019s Walk is back from November 3 to January 4<\/strong>. Expect the usual cute alpine-themed huts selling tasty dishes and festive wares by the river.<\/p>\n

Opening times:<\/strong> 11am-10pm Sunday to Thursday, 11am-11pm Friday and Saturday<\/p>\n

Christmas in Leicester Square<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tie in a visit to the towering pine tree in Trafalgar Square with a browse of nearby Leicester Square\u2019s market. Each stall has seasonal treats, food and delicious drinks. The market is on from November 1\u00a0to\u00a0January 4<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Opening times haven\u2019t been announced yet.<\/p>\n

King\u2019s Cross Christmas Market<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located under the West Handyside Canopy at Coal Drops Yard, this boutique-style market runs from November 27 to December 22<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Opening times are TBC.<\/p>\n

Trafalgar Square Christmas Market<\/strong><\/p>\n

Set underneath the iconic Christmas tree imported from Norway, this cute market will run from November 9 until January 2<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Opening times:<\/strong> 10am-10pm Monday to Sunday<\/p>\n

Winter Wonderland<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ever-popular Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park<\/a> is not only perfect for families \u2013 there\u2019s fairground rides, ice skating, and a Santa\u2019s Grotto \u2013\u00a0but its got lots on store for adults too. There\u2019s bars and Christmas markets that are good for last-minute shopping. This year you can buy premium gifts<\/a> from the market\u2019s new Luminarie Lane. Winter Wonderland will run from November 14 to January 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Opening times<\/strong> vary (check here<\/a>) but are typically 10am-10pm Monday to Sunday<\/p>\n

Winter By The River<\/strong><\/p>\n

The banks of the River Thames transform into glittering festive escape for all ages at this one of a kind market selling artisanal crafts, seasonal delicacies and great vibes. A date hasn\u2019t been set yet.<\/p>\n
