Wrexham drew 1-1 with Birmingham City in the Championship on Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wrexham<\/a> saw League One rivals Birmingham City head to the Racecourse<\/a> on Friday evening, as the two Hollywood rivals met in the Championship for the first time.<\/p>\n

There was a lot of hype going into this game and it was Phil Parkinson\u2019s<\/a> side who took the lead through George Dobson.<\/p>\n

But Blues struck back immediately after the restart with Patrick Roberts finishing coolly past Arthur Okonkwo in the Wrexham goal.<\/p>\n

The game ended Wrexham 1-1 Birmingham City<\/a>, and here are the winners and losers from the game\u2026<\/p>\n

George Dobson<\/a> can do no wrong at the minute. Recently, Dobson has been one of Wrexham\u2019s best players<\/a> and against Birmingham City, that was the case again.<\/p>\n

The midfielder barely put a foot wrong: making passes forward and backwards whilst getting stuck in for tackles, further cementing his name as one of the first on the teamsheet right now.<\/p>\n

Josh Windass played through the pain<\/p>\n

Ahead of the game against Birmingham City, there was an injury scare for Josh Windass<\/a>. Parkinson revealed that Windass was an injury doubt for the Birmingham City game<\/a> but he played an hour, putting in a good shift too.<\/p>\n

He made three key passes before coming off and now he has an international break to rest up.<\/p>\n

Callum Doyle<\/a> replaced Lewis Brunt in defence for this game. Brunt has recently been in the XI and he\u2019s looked good, whilst Parkinson says Doyle is not yet up to full fitness at Wrexham<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But Doyle got the nod on and Friday and whilst he racked up some good numbers, with more touches of the ball and defensive actions than any other Wrexham player, he didn\u2019t look exactly reliable at the back.<\/p>\n

For Parkinson, the debate over Brunt and Doyle rumbles on.<\/p>\n

Phil Parkinson under pressure again?<\/p>\n

Previous reports revealed how Parkinson is under pressure at Wrexham<\/a>. And whilst a draw against a strong Birmingham City side isn\u2019t a bad result, it does extend Wrexham\u2019s winless run at home this season.<\/p>\n

Wrexham are in decent form with only one defeat in their last nine games in all competitions. But Wrexham have won just two of nine league games so far and sit in 14th place of the Championship table<\/a>.<\/p>\n
