Tesco Northern Ireland has unveiled 31 new bakery products from some of the region\u2019s best-loved local suppliers, further strengthening its commitment to supporting homegrown producers and bringing more local flavour to customers\u2019 tables.<\/p>\n

The latest expansion marks a major boost for the retailer\u2019s bakery range, building on year-on-year growth of 11% in the local cake category.<\/p>\n

Showcasing Northern Ireland\u2019s best bakeries<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new products span a variety of fresh and indulgent options \u2013 from traditional rolls and traybakes to innovative desserts \u2013 crafted by established Northern Irish bakeries including Irwin\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> in Portadown, Genesis Bakery<\/strong> and Bertie\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> in Magherafelt, Holmes Bakery<\/strong> in Craigavon, Graham\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> in Dromore, and Sunblest<\/strong> in Belfast.<\/p>\n

Established in 1912, Irwin\u2019s Bakery <\/strong>continues to blend tradition with innovation, introducing new lines such as Wee Lemon Joeys and Brioche Muffins inspired by Mediterranean flavours.<\/p>\n

Genesis Bakery<\/strong> has launched eight new lines as part of a complete range revamp, including its popular Afters collection featuring bite-sized chocolate, jam & coconut, carrot and caramel cakes.<\/p>\n

For those craving something sweet with their afternoon tea, Holmes Bakery<\/strong> is rolling out new traybakes including Biscoff Billionaire, Lemon and Orange Crunch, and Milk Chocolate Tiffin, while Bertie\u2019s Bakery offers comforting classics such as Apple Tart and Apple Crumble.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Graham\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> has introduced its new Pick Me range, featuring Blonde Chocolate & Brown Butter Brookies and Mini Victoria Sponge Cakes, designed as the perfect coffee-break treat.<\/p>\n

For a lighter bite, Sunblest<\/strong> has launched locally produced Protein Pancakes \u2013 a new 4-pack option that balances flavour and nutrition.<\/p>\n

Strengthening local partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tesco NI says the launch is a celebration of its enduring partnerships with local bakeries, many of which span decades.<\/p>\n

Irwin\u2019s Bakery, which has worked with Tesco NI for 28 years, now supplies over 30 products to stores across the region.<\/p>\n

Senior National Account Manager Gary Martin<\/strong> said:<\/p>\n

\u201cOur partnership has grown to generate more than \u00a34 million in annual sales, with over 10% year-on-year growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

At Holmes Bakery, Account Manager Gillian Castles<\/strong> credited Tesco NI\u2019s support for helping expand their reach:<\/p>\n
