class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-t27uv6\">Tesco Northern Ireland has unveiled 31 new bakery products from some of the region\u2019s best-loved local suppliers, further strengthening its commitment to supporting homegrown producers and bringing more local flavour to customers\u2019 tables.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-z5r3t9\">The latest expansion marks a major boost for the retailer\u2019s bakery range, building on year-on-year growth of 11% in the local cake category.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Showcasing Northern Ireland\u2019s best bakeries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-w0dik17\">The new products span a variety of fresh and indulgent options \u2013 from traditional rolls and traybakes to innovative desserts \u2013 crafted by established Northern Irish bakeries including <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Irwin\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> in Portadown, <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Genesis Bakery<\/strong> and <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Bertie\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> in Magherafelt, <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Holmes Bakery<\/strong> in Craigavon, <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Graham\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> in Dromore, and <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Sunblest<\/strong> in Belfast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-tdvbg20\">Established in 1912, <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Irwin\u2019s Bakery <\/strong>continues to blend tradition with innovation, introducing new lines such as Wee Lemon Joeys and Brioche Muffins inspired by Mediterranean flavours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-9ie3s23\"><strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Genesis Bakery<\/strong> has launched eight new lines as part of a complete range revamp, including its popular Afters collection featuring bite-sized chocolate, jam &amp; coconut, carrot and caramel cakes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-kinb226\">For those craving something sweet with their afternoon tea, <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Holmes Bakery<\/strong> is rolling out new traybakes including Biscoff Billionaire, Lemon and Orange Crunch, and Milk Chocolate Tiffin, while Bertie\u2019s Bakery offers comforting classics such as Apple Tart and Apple Crumble.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-ww47n29\">Meanwhile, <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Graham\u2019s Bakery<\/strong> has introduced its new Pick Me range, featuring Blonde Chocolate &amp; Brown Butter Brookies and Mini Victoria Sponge Cakes, designed as the perfect coffee-break treat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-kA22 pbpjT YY-zb _3DWex\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-54ie132\">For a lighter bite, <strong style=\"font-weight:700\">Sunblest<\/strong> has launched locally produced Protein Pancakes \u2013 a new 4-pack option that balances flavour and nutrition.<\/p>\n<p><strong
