The house is reported to have a floor area of 3.05m by 1.8m (10.0ft by 5.9ft) and is unmissable, as it’s painted a bright red shade for all to see.

If you’ve never visited, it stands near the Conwy Castle walls, and the ground floor is devoted to the living area with room for coal and an open fire. Meanwhile, visitors will also find a water tap tucked behind the stairs, making the home particularly quaint.

In the video, Kalani said: “This is the smallest house in Great Britain. Oh my gosh – how is this a house? This is crazy. In London, this is probably like £500,000.”

Content cannot be displayed without consent

Kalani is clearly taken aback by the house in the footage, as he can’t believe just how small it is. You can just about fit two people into a room, and some of the furniture is equally as small.

He was gobsmacked that it was deemed big enough to live in, with the experience leaving him in total awe. Wales really does home all sorts of weird and wonderful offerings.

Social media users were equally shocked by the property, with over 5,000 people having watched the video. They couldn’t believe their eyes when Kalani offered a tour.

One person said: “It’s iconic.” Another added: “It always makes me think, from the outside, of our Royal Mail postboxes. Inside it’s smaller. Still amazing though.”

A third replied: “I chose to talk about this house in my college class last year. Would love to visit.” Meanwhile, a fourth also commented: “I could live in that.”

Someone else also chimed in with: “I love watching where you go, as someone who’s lived in South London all her life. I’m seeing what you are seeing for the first time too. Love it.”

To answer some questions you may have, the smallest house in Great Britain is located at the end of a terrace of houses on Conwy’s quayside. It’s something you can’t really miss, and many people like stopping in on their way past.

It’s so iconic that some deem the property a “national treasure”, and visitors are always impressed by the unique atmosphere the property embodies. Some also enjoy learning all about the history of the house too.

Visit Conwy states: “The smallest house in Great Britain is just 72 inches wide by 122 inches high.
