The fund aims to improve work in industries such as film, music and gaming.<\/p>\n<p>Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy announced investment at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall on Monday, September 29, in a Labour Party Conference fringe event.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-35192 lazyload\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/IMG_8780-224x300.jpg\"  data- data-eio-rwidth=\"224\" data-eio-rheight=\"300\"\/>The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (credit: Jade Jones)<\/p>\n<p>She said: \u201cThe Wilson government gave us arts everywhere. The Blair government gave us Sure Start.
