The bottom half of the Premier League is starting to take more shape, so Leeds United<\/a> will be looking at their rivals near the relegation zone with keen interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pressure is mounting at the bottom end of the table for some clubs. Leeds, though, should be very content with their start<\/a> to life back in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

As for Daniel Farke, there\u2019s no indication that the 49ers are putting the manager under any pressure<\/a>. The same cannot be said of those around United in the table.<\/p>\n

Ange Postecoglou under mounting pressure to kickstart Nottingham Forest tenure<\/p>\n

A surprise package low down the table has been Nottingham Forest, having appealed their way into the Europa League amidst more heavy spending under Evangelos Marinakis.<\/p>\n

Marinakis, though, took the huge decision to sack Nuno Espirito Santo after the 51-year-old made clear his relationship with the owner had deteriorated of late.<\/p>\n

His replacement, Ange Postecoglou has not yet been able to justify his appointment at the City Ground. From seven games across all competitions, Postecoglou is yet to win, losing five and conceding 15.<\/p>\n

It emerged over the weekend, per The Telegraph<\/a>, that Postecoglou is already under growing pressure with his future in \u201cserious doubt\u201d.<\/p>\n

Following defeat against Newcastle United, the 60-year-old was in defiant mood about questions over his position.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf people want to make an assessment after three and a half weeks, after we have had seven games, there\u2019s nothing I can do about that,\u201d he told the BBC<\/a>. \u201cAt the same time, there\u2019s nothing wrong with things being tough. <\/p>\n

\u201cI did have an option \u2013 I could have been sitting on the couch watching the game and not be in the middle of it.\u00a0 I\u2019d much rather be here. I love a fight.\u201d<\/p>\n

United face Forest at the City Ground on November 9th, just before next month\u2019s international break.<\/p>\n

Are Nottingham Forest being dragged into a relegation battle amidst Ange Postecoglou woes?<\/p>\n

We\u2019re only seven games into the season, so it\u2019s very early to suggest that Forest could be in the mire. That said, they\u2019re clearly looking far worse than they did under Nuno last season.<\/p>\n

Postecoglou looked a baffling appointment to replace Nuno at the time. They shifted the style from one extreme to the other, and doing that after the window shut made no sense.<\/p>\n

While I don\u2019t expect that Forest will be in deep trouble come May, their vulnerability at the moment should be an opportunity.<\/p>\n

If Ange is still under the cosh in November, we have a chance of getting a big win on the road.<\/p>\n
