This will include a practical challenge to put his skills to the test in the workshop at the JLR Academy, before the winner is announced at a gala awards ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The dealership, on Sheepscar Way, is part of Vertu Motors plc, the UK\u2019s fourth largest motor retailer. It invests heavily in the continuous professional development of its colleagues, helping to keep them on top of the latest diagnostics and servicing techniques, as well as customer service skills.<\/p>\n<p>Gareth Crooks, Assistant Parts Manager, at Vertu Jaguar Land Rover Leeds, said: \u201cIt\u2019s a huge honour to have been shortlisted for this award.
