The Westfalenkolleg, a vocational school in Paderborn, was on lockdown following the incident after triggering a &#8220;rampage&#8221; alarm, which calls police to the scene following a shooting or stabbing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One student has suffered life-threatening injuries.
