Topping the list is a bustling city with a &#8220;reputation for knowing how to party&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"dailyrecord\">On Tuesday, October 7, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cntraveller.com\/gallery\/friendliest-cities-in-uk#intcid=recommendations_cnt-row-bottom-recirc-v4_151801e4-e020-4e58-841b-f3d1686f86eb_roberta-similarity1_RoBERTaSimilarity1\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveller publishedLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveller published<\/a> a roundup of the most friendly cities in the UK. The list, which was voted on by the magazine&#8217;s readers, features three Scottish cities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"dailyrecord\">Coming in at number one on the overall list is <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyrecord.co.uk\/all-about\/glasgow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"GlasgowLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Glasgow<\/a>. The city received a score of 97 out of 100, based on overall average levels of satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"dailyrecord\">Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveller described Glasgow as &#8220;the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of the nation\u2019s heartfelt hospitality&#8221;, and singled out the city&#8217;s friendly residents. The magazine also noted Glasgow&#8217;s nightlife, praising its <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyrecord.co.uk\/all-about\/pubs-bars-and-nightclubs\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">pubs<\/a>, cocktails bars, and music venues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"dailyrecord\">The experts stated: &#8220;As Scotland\u2019s most populated city, this city represents the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of the nation\u2019s heartfelt hospitality, so expect to encounter generous people wherever you go.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"dailyrecord\">&#8220;Aside from being sociable, Glaswegians also have a reputation for knowing how to party. The Scottish capital placed at number three on the UK-wide list, with a satisfaction score of 93.04.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"dailyrecord\">Edinburgh was praised by the magazine for its &#8220;open-minded&#8221; and &#8220;good-humoured&#8221; locals.
